Cela dit impossible de l\'activer avec le mot de passe fourni par vos services. il a fallu l\'activer par téléphone. Heureusement cela a fonctionné.
C\'est la première fois que cela arrive.Le dernier achat d\'office 2022 pro vous aviez fourni une 2ème clé qans le cas où l\'officielle ne fonctionnerait pas ... Pourquoi ne pas avoir fait de même cette fois ci ? Cordialement

Malheureusement l\'implantation du logiciel MICROSOFT OFFICE Famille et Etudiant 2010 s\'est terminée, pour mon compte, par un échec car je visais essentiellement à me servir du tableur MICROSOFT WORKS que j\'utilise régulièrement.

Ai-je fait une erreur pour implanter ce logiciel ?

Pourriez-vous me conseiller pour que je puisse le récupérer et utiliser le tableur MICROSOFT WORKS.
