Je suis vraiment déçu de mon expérience avec l\'achat d\'une clé de Windows serveur 2022 auprès de ce vendeur. Tout d\'abord, il est extrêmement imprudent de leur part de promettre l\'envoi de la clé par courriel, ce qui expose nos informations sensibles à des risques de piratage.

De plus, j\'ai accordé ma confiance à ce vendeur en pensant recevoir ma clé dans les minutes qui suivraient mon achat, mais malheureusement, cela a pris 5 jours sans aucune communication de leur part. J\'ai donc décidé de contacter leur service support pour obtenir des réponses, mais je n\'ai reçu aucune assistance de leur part.

J\'ai même demandé un remboursement étant donné que je n\'avais plus besoin de leur clé, mais ils ont ignoré ma demande. Frustré par cette situation, j\'ai dû acheter une autre clé ailleurs.

Je tiens à souligner que j\'ai ouvert un litige auprès de PayPal pour obtenir un remboursement. Cela montre à quel point j\'ai été mécontent de cette expérience d\'achat. Je recommande fortement d\'éviter ce vendeur, car leur manque de professionnalisme et de fiabilité est inacceptable.
