Téléchargement ok mais le licence ne fonctionne pas
Ce logiciel fonctionne bien avec Win 7 et Win 10

L\'installation de éléments 9 sur Win 11 a été une catastrophe.
Dès le lendemain au démarrage, l\'ordinateur s\'est planté et j\'ai dû restaurer et re-initialiser.
.J\'avais pourtant scrupuleusement suivi vos instructions.
A la dernière tentative, j\'ai dû re-installer Windows 11 à partir d\'une clé USB.
A la lecture de différents contributeurs sur le net, c\'est les pilotes PxHI64.sys. et PxHlpa64.sys qui seraient responsables de ce problème.
Chez Adobe, ils disent clairement que les versions anciennes ne sont pas compatibles avec Windows 11.
Les versions qui fonctionnent commencent de 2022 à 2025.
Donc erreur d\'achat !!!!!
Aurais je un remboursement ? j\'en doute !

Impossible d\'installer PS9 sur mon PC malgré plusieurs tentatives, pas de solutions. Idem pour PS 5.5 que vous m\'avez transmis en dépannage, et pareil pour PS11 acheté au paravent; Je ne sais pas d\'où vient ce problème. (Je suis sous window 10)

E\' un prodotto che funziona benissimo, avevo la versione precedente e ho comprato per WIN 10 questa versione che funziona benissimo.

J\'utilise ce logiciel APE 5 depuis longtemps mais mon ordinateur refuse l\'installation de la version 9, je n\'ai toujours pas réussi à faire fonctionner cette version.
