Déjà utilisateur d\'Office 2016, j\'ai migré vers Office 2024 suite au remplacement de mon vieux modèle 2014 par un MacBook Pro 14\" 2025 M4 Pro. Installation parfaite, validation de la Clé d\'Activation OK, utilisation du produit conforme à mes attentes. J\'ai quand même rencontré des problèmes de récupération d\'archives Office 2016 (fichiers .olm) car Microsoft a eu l\'ingéniosité de désactiver l\'importation/exportation de fichiers dans sa dernière version 2024. On se demande parfois à quoi pensent les développeurs de Microsoft ? Mais bravo au Service Client Destock Informatique qui m\'a transmis la procédure pour corriger ce problème et récupérer plus de 20 ans d\'emails et contacts dans la nouvelle version. Bravo, le tout mérite bien 5 étoiles.

Les prix imposés annuellement par Microsoft devenant insupportables, la solution proposée par Destock Informatique m\'a semblée tout à fait intéressante. La livraison rapide était un plus. La procédure de chargement, assez complexe, est bien présentée et expliquée. Malgré cela le premier essai n\'a pas bien fonctionné. Une procédure complémentaire m\'a été proposée rapidement et avec succès.

Je pensais avoir bien suivi le mode d\'emploi mais ça ne marchait pas. Et, à part me renvoyer au mode d\'emploi, je n\'obtenais aucune aide efficace. Heureusement j\'en ai trouvé dans mon entourage pour, dans un premier temps, télécharger les logiciels bureautique mais ils ne fonctionnaient pas correctement, la licence étant introuvable. A force de recommencer la procédure, ça a fini par fonctionner mais ça a pris du temps et j\'ai craint de ne pas y arriver. Bref, tout sauf simple, même si ça l\'était en apparence.
